How can the goods be delivered to us?
Typically, we ship your goods by sea, as we’re located in Taizhou, just 35 kilometers from Ningbo Port, making it extremely convenient and efficient to deliver goods to any other country. Of course, if your shipment is urgent, Ningbo Airport and Shanghai Airport are also very close by.

What is your minimum order quantity?
If we have stock products, there is no minimum order quantity. If we need to manufacture the products, we can discuss the minimum order quantity based on the customer’s specific requirements.

How long is your delivery time?
The typical delivery time is 30–45 days after receipt of order confirmation.

Do you provide samples? Are they free?
If the sample value is low, we’ll provide a free sample and charge only for shipping. However, for some high-value samples, we’ll need to charge a sample fee.

What are your payment terms?
Pay a 30% down payment before production, and settle the remaining 70% before shipment.
