Those were unforgettable, passionate years—a memory etched deeply in our hearts and brimming with profound emotion.
The vigorous spring breeze of reform and opening-up has unleashed the remarkable creativity of the private economy. Lowly rental apartments now carry hopes of prosperity; starting out by affiliating with other enterprises, armed only with a business card bearing a direct telephone line to the post office and a registered telegram address, they nonetheless went on to build a small factory named “Yongxing.”
The uncertainty and confusion at the early stages of entrepreneurship often lead to setbacks and difficulties for new entrepreneurs. Thus, how to pioneer innovation and seek breakthroughs becomes a serious challenge.
In 1992, breaking with tradition, we introduced the flat-bead cushion, which became a bestseller both domestically and internationally, ushering in a new spring and opening up entirely new horizons.
This is Mingfeng’s entrepreneurial journey—a journey that stays closely attuned to the pulse of the times, marked by a winding path yet driven by unwavering determination.

1988

● In July, affiliated with the Cangbao Arts and Crafts Factory in Tiantai County.
● Secured our first domestic trade order—a batch of 1,000 seat cushions from Zhejiang Automotive Industry Corporation.

1989

● In November, we rented a residential house opposite the tractor station in Tantou Town and founded the Tiantai County Tantou Yongxing Woodworking Craft Factory. At that time, we relied on direct telephone lines and registered telegrams through the post office as our primary means of business communication.
● Secured our first foreign trade order—the Taiwan ACP order—exporting 3,000 seat cushions through Zhejiang Province Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corporation.

1990

● In April, I attended the Guangzhou Spring Fair for the first time.

1991

● In December, we leased space from the Cangshan Supply Station of the Tiandai County Materials Bureau and established the Tiandai County Cangshan Cushion Factory, primarily producing rope-braided square cushions.

1992

● In October, the innovative flat bead seat cushion.

1993

● In April, the flat-bead cushion quickly became a bestseller in both domestic and international markets.
